1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "555bt", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 555bt gaming platform, operated under an international gaming licence and accessible at https://555bt.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the 555bt platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the 555bt platform.

• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless expressly stated.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedure conducted by 555bt before processing withdrawal requests or as required by the platform's risk and compliance procedures.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 555bt. 555bt reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any individual who violates these terms or who 555bt reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the wellbeing of other players.

3 Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The 555bt platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register or use any feature of the platform. This requirement applies to all players regardless of the jurisdiction from which they access the platform. 555bt will conduct age verification as part of its KYC process. Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds returned to the original payment method, and any winnings forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

555bt is an internationally licensed platform accessible to players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. 555bt does not make any representation that access from any particular location is legal under local law.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.4 One Account Per Individual

Each person may register and maintain only one Account on the 555bt platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. 555bt employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, 555bt reserves the right to close all associated accounts and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 555bt login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access details with any other person under any circumstances. 555bt strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication for your Account.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 555bt immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. 555bt will suspend the Account pending investigation. Any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals processed from your Account prior to such notification remain your responsibility.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

555bt is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. The KYC process may require you to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and documentation confirming your payment method. You agree to provide such documentation promptly when requested. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in your withdrawal request being placed on hold.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 555bt may apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per calendar month to inactive accounts with a positive balance, following thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the registered email address. The inactivity fee will not reduce the Account Balance below zero.

4.5 Account Closure by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method within five (5) business days of completing any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds not meeting applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

555bt supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 555bt does not accept third-party payments — the name on your payment account must match the name on your 555bt Account.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, however individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction ceilings. Deposits are credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification in full.
• No outstanding bonus wagering requirements may be attached to the funds being withdrawn.
• No active dispute, chargeback, or fraud investigation may be pending on your Account.
• Your Account must not be subject to any self-exclusion or cooling-off period at the time of the withdrawal request.

Verified withdrawal requests are typically processed within the same business day. Processing times may extend to three (3) business days during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

5.4 Transaction Fees

555bt does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and card networks — may apply their own transaction charges. Such charges are outside 555bt's control and are the player's responsibility.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback amounts, and other promotional credits offered by 555bt are subject to these general bonus terms and any additional specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds issued by 555bt are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered. Until the applicable wagering requirement is met in full, Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds that exceed any specified maximum withdrawal cap for that promotion will be forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. This typically includes minimum deposit thresholds, account verification status, and geographic eligibility. 555bt reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice where fraud or abuse of the promotion is suspected.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

555bt employs automated monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay patterns. Where bonus abuse is detected, 555bt reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and any associated winnings and to permanently close the Account.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Availability and Providers

The 555bt game library includes titles from leading international studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules provided by the game studio. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

7.2 Random Number Generators

All non-live casino game outcomes on the 555bt platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). These RNG systems are tested and certified for statistical fairness by independent auditing bodies. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the game studio and cannot be modified by 555bt.

7.3 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, communications failure, or technical error that affects the outcome of a game or a bet, 555bt reserves the right to void the affected round and return any stakes to the player's Account balance. 7.4 Disconnection Policy

8 Sports Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All sports bets placed on the 555bt sportsbook are accepted subject to these Terms & Conditions and the specific rules applicable to the sport and market selected. Bets are not confirmed until a bet reference number is issued to you. 555bt reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason.

8.2 Odds and Markets

Odds are expressed in decimal format and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds at which your bet is recorded. In-play (live) markets may be suspended temporarily during key events such as wickets, goals, or reviews. 555bt is not liable for any missed bets during suspended market periods.

8.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by 555bt in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play time is completed; the market is suspended due to suspicious activity; an obvious pricing error occurs; or the governing body of the sport declares the result null and void. Void bets will have the original stake returned to the player's Account.

8.4 Cricket and BPL Specific Rules

For Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup, IPL, and other cricket markets, a match must have reached a minimum of the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern qualifying overs to be considered a valid result for betting purposes. If the match is abandoned before this threshold, all bets on match-result markets will be declared void and stakes returned.

9 Responsible Gaming

555bt is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We support players in maintaining control over their gaming activity and offer the following tools accessible via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automated notifications that alert you after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Loss Thresholds: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period, after which the system will alert you or restrict further play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing, ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, no deposits, bets, or real-money play are permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and prevent re-registration. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months and takes effect immediately upon request.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555bt platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in evading a ban or self-exclusion.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for financial advantage.
• Collusion with other players in card games, live casino, or any game where player interaction affects the outcome.
• Money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity conducted through or facilitated by the 555bt platform.
• Placing bets on events the outcome of which you have insider knowledge or direct influence over.
• Charging back any deposit made to the platform through a payment provider after using those funds for betting.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or security checks.

555bt cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in all jurisdictions and will report evidence of criminal activity without prior notice to the Account holder.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 555bt platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, and data — is the intellectual property of 555bt or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the 555bt platform without the prior written consent of 555bt. Scraping, reverse engineering, or otherwise extracting data from the platform by automated means is strictly prohibited.

12 Privacy and Data

555bt collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the 555bt platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

555bt will not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, fraud prevention services, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required to operate the platform lawfully. 13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555bt's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to the platform in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

555bt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not 555bt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 555bt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

14 Amendments to Terms

555bt reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 555bt will provide at least fourteen (14) days' prior notice via email to the address registered on your Account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform homepage. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter your rights or obligations) may be made without prior notice.

The current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be accessible via the footer of every page on the 555bt platform. The version date is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 555bt's international gaming licence. 555bt makes no representation that the platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction beyond those in which it operates.

15.2 Informal Resolution

15.3 Formal Dispute Resolution

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being lodged, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties. Each party will bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

15.4 Time Limit for Claims

Any claim arising from your use of the 555bt platform must be lodged within ninety (90) days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims lodged after this period will not be accepted.
